Participation Fee

The participation fee is $50.00 per concert cycle.

The money is used for purchasing music, paying stipends to our Director & Accompanist, advertising, venue rental, insurance and other necessary expenses.

We are a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization. Raising money is necessary for us to maintain financial stability.

WINTER 2025 SCHEDULE

Rehearsals are every Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00pm at the Tillamook High School’s Choir Room
Registration begins September 9th through the 30th at 5:00pm

Tuesday, September 9th	The first rehearsal begins.
Tuesday, September 30th	Registration must be paid in full.
Saturday, October 11th	Rehearsal will be from 9:00am - 12:00pm at the Tillamook United Methodist Church.
Tuesday, November 11th	Veterans Day – There will be NO rehearsal.
Tuesday, December 9th	Dress rehearsal from 6:00-9:00pm at Tillamook United Methodist Church.
Saturday, December 13th	Concert – Performance at 2:00pm at Tillamook United Methodist Church.
