Participation Fee

The participation fee is $50.00 per concert cycle.

The money is used for purchasing music, paying stipends to our Director & Accompanist, advertising, venue rental, insurance and other necessary expenses.

We are a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization. Raising money is necessary for us to maintain financial stability.

Spring 2026 SCHEDULE

Rehearsals are every Tuesday from 6:30 – 8:30pm at the Tillamook High School’s Choir Room
Registration begins February 10th through the 27th at 5:00pm

Tuesday, February 10th	The first rehearsal begins.
Tuesday, February 27th	Registration must be paid in full.
Saturday, March 14th	Rehearsal will be from 9:00am - 12:00pm at the Tillamook United Methodist Church.
Tuesday, November 11th	Veterans Day – There will be NO rehearsal.
Tuesday, June 22nd	Dress rehearsal from 6:30 - 9:00pm at Tillamook United Methodist Church. Attendance is mandatory
Saturday, June 6th	Call time - 12:30pm Concert - Performance at 2:00pm at Tillamook United Methodist Church
