Participation Fee

The participation fee is $50.00 per concert cycle.

The participation fee for High School Juniors & Seniors is $20.00.

The money is used for purchasing music, paying stipends to our Director & Accompanist, advertising, venue rental, insurance and other necessary expenses.

We are a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization. Raising money is necessary for us to maintain financial stability.

Winter 2026 SCHEDULE

Rehearsals are every Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00pm at the Tillamook High School’s Choir Room
Registration begins September 8th through the 22nd at 5:00pm

Tuesday, September 8th	The first rehearsal begins.
Tuesday, September 29th	Registration must be paid in full.
Saturday, March 14th	Rehearsal will be from 9:00am - 12:00pm at the Tillamook United Methodist Church.
Tuesday, November 11th	Veterans Day – There will be NO rehearsal.
Tuesday, December 8th	Dress rehearsal from 6:00 - 9:00pm at Tillamook United Methodist Church. Attendance is mandatory
Saturday, December 12th	Call time - 2:30pm Concert - Performance at 4:00pm at Tillamook United Methodist Church

Locations

Rehearsals are held in the Tillamook High School's Choir Room. Parking is avalable in the SE parking lot.
